The Downtown Conception Bay South (DTCBS) Business Improvement Area (BIA) consists of over 120 businesses located in the heart of the Town of Conception Bay South. From Manuels River to Terminal Road, residents and visitors can avail of a wide range of restaurants, shops, and service providers within a 3 km stretch. Since its inception, the DTCBS Board of Management has committed to improving the character, safety, and functionality of Conception Bay South’s main business district.
The board wishes to announce the appointment of Lorraine Ennis as Executive Director as of June 2021. Lorraine brings her experience in sales, business management, and event planning to the organization. Lorraine has been awarded a Paul Harris Fellow and a True Rotarian Award in recognition of consistent, dedicated, and valued Service Above Self for Rotary. She is looking forward to this new chapter in community service and development as the Executive Director of Downtown CBS.
